    In each group we match 2-5 women of similar fitness capabilities. This group can be made up of your friends, family, neighbors or co-workers. All you need are 2-5 participants with a common goal and we will customize a program, just for you.

    At Fit Bodies 2 Go we come to you.
    Each group meets 2-3 times weekly for 45-60 minutes. We can meet at an office, home, park or anywhere you and your small group decide you want to workout.
